Danielle Nero is a Long Island realtor who represents homes in all parts of the market, but specializes in historic, landmarked and luxury homes. Trained in design at Drexel University, she reads a house with a designers eye: the proportions, the millwork, what are the possibilities? But her favorite endeavor is in an old home, learning the story behind it.

Her devotion to old houses is personal. She restored an 1800s Park Slope brownstone, then a 1920s colonial, restoring as much original detail as possible. She knows what these homes ask of their owners, and how to introduce them to the right buyer. Her work has been recognized among Long Island’s Top 40 Under 40 and by Real Producers as a top 2% agent nationally in 2024. She is a member of multiple preservation organizations and is passionate about educating others about restoration.
